Walking Programme

The best exercise for your heart is walking. Our group offers a friendly atmosphere where you walk at your own pace and distance. You may walk with others or by yourself. You are under constant supervision by our trained volunteers manning two-way radios. There are seven manned radios over the 3kms. Our nurse from Bluecare is in attendance on these walks.

Where: Suttons Beach, Redcliffe. Look for the Cardiac Support Group banner.
